01Who we are

Epicmedia ("we", "us") is a digital agency based at Amir Temur Avenue 118A, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We are responsible for the personal data collected through epicmedia.uz and when you contact us about a project.

02Data we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the website:

• Contact details you send us through the website form, email, phone or Telegram — such as your name, phone number and email address.
• Project information you choose to share, such as what you need, goals, budget and timelines.
• Technical data collected automatically when you browse — such as the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your country, browser and device. Our hosting provider also processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site.

03How we use your data

• To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals and quotes.
• To deliver the services agreed in a contract.
• To improve our website and understand which content is useful.
• To send updates or offers — only if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

04Legal basis

We process personal data in line with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data". We rely on your consent (for example, when you submit a form), on the need to prepare or perform a contract with you, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

05Cookies and analytics

We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites. We measure visits and page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which work without cookies and report only aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

The map on our Contacts page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

06Sharing your data

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate — Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (delivers messages from our contact form to our inbox) and our email provider — and only as much as they need to do their job. We may also disclose data when required by law.

07Storage and retention

Our website is hosted by Vercel, and messages from the contact form are delivered by email through Resend. These providers may process data on servers outside Uzbekistan.

We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years after our last contact, and contract-related data for as long as accounting and tax rules require. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

08Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risks as low as possible.

09Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your data.
• Object to marketing messages at any time.

To use any of these rights, write to hello@epicmedia.uz. We will reply within 30 days.

10Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
